Would you like to return an item? There is nothing simpler or faster. Just follow these few steps:
1. Log on to www.MacManiack.com
- Log in to your customer account and go to your order history.
- Click on the order that will be returned.
- Check the item(s) you wish to return.
- Send your return request. Our after-sales service will answer you within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays).
2. Return the item(s)
- You will receive an e-mail from our after-sales service with the return form to be attached to the package. Attention: Any return received without this voucher will simply not be processed!
In the event of product ordered by mistake, the expenses of return are with your load.
- Drop off your parcel at a post office. You will be informed by our services upon receipt of your return package.
3. You are refunded in the form of a voucher or refund
- The refund will be made within 30 working days from the date of receipt of your return. The refund will be made by the same means of payment used for the initial order. For credit card payments, the refund will appear on your next account statement.
- The voucher will be edited and sent by email within 72 hours (except weekends and holidays) from the date of receipt of your return. The voucher is valid for 12 months on our entire site and can be combined with other promotions. If you do not use the full amount of your voucher on your next order, the rest will be transferred to the next order.
4. For returns beyond 14 days (warranty)
- Items returned under warranty will be exchanged. In the event of stock shortage, the product will be exchanged against an equivalent product or against a voucher to be worth on our site.
