7. How long do we keep your personal data?

Your data will be kept for a period of 10 years from the end of the relationship with the customer or prospect. The delay begins either from the last order, or from the last connection to the customer account, or from the last call to customer service, or from the sending of an email to customer service, or from a click on a hypertext link of an email sent by SAS SYALEO, or from the placing of products in the basket without concretization of the purchase, or finally a positive response to an email asking if the customer wishes to continue to receive commercial prospecting at the end of the five-year period. At the end of this period the data of the customer or prospect will be anonymized.

Nean nevertheless, information allowing proof of a right or contract, or retained for compliance with a legal obligation may be archived in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

8. What are your rights?
